PAYMENT

Times ApS receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.

DELIVERY

Times ApS strives to send orders placed before kl. 17 same day, order then shipped next business day.

We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from DKK 49. Items will be delivered to either the delivery address or near the parcel shop, which is stated when ordering unless otherwise agreed.

We do not deliver abroad (also applies to the Faroe Islands and Greenland).

Your goods are shipped with DAO.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If there are any problems, please contact customer service.

Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 3-4 business days after ordering.

Reclaim

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the product / service. You must complain in "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect / error. Times ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund

In the case of a refund, please enclose bank information in the form of reg. no. and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided without risk per. mail or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Returret

There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from that day;

- Where you receive the order.

- Gets the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several rounds.

- Gets the last batch, or last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the supply of goods consisting of several lots / parts.

- The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

Return costs must be borne by you.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase and from cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notice must be given per. mail to shop@freenycollection.dk. In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you want to send the item back to us, you must fill in the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice.

Items except the right of withdrawal

The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:

- Products that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have a clear personal touch.

- Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal is broken after delivery.

- Goods which, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.

- Items where the seal is broken.

- Performed non-financial services if the provision of the service has commenced with the prior express consent of the consumer and recognition that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully completed.

- Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that he or she thereby loses his or her right of withdrawal.

- Newspapers, magazines or periodicals, however, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.

- Agreements entered into at public auction.

- Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.

Return

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning. When you return, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation in the package. The expedition goes faster if you also fill out and enclose our Cancellation Form.

You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return.

We do not accept packages sent by post. COD.

Item condition at return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way in which it works. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore try out the item without actually using it.

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid to us back.

In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.

In exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided proof of having returned it.

Replaces

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
